Ordering and Shipping Information

Order Processing Information: Because your STONEHINGED jewelry is an original, your order is handcrafted upon receipt of your order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing except in cases where materials may have to be ordered (you will be contacted via e-mail if extra processing time is needed).

Shipping & Handling Information: At STONEHINGED, we use USPS® as our primary shipping carrier for all orders. Packages may be shipped via First-Class Mail® or Parcel Post®. If other shipping methods are preferred, we'll contact you regarding additional charges.

These prices apply to shipments inside the continental U.S. only. For orders outside the continental U.S., the rates above will be added to your order, but we will contact you to collect additional shipping charges necessary to ship and process your order.

Payment Information: Orders are safely and securely processed by PayPal®. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to place an order with STONEHINGED. You will be presented with the option to create an account for future ordering convenience. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from PayPal soon after you place your order.

Sorry, we do not ship items C.O.D.

Kentucky residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

Returns Information: We guarantee you'll love your STONEHINGED jewelry purchase. On the rare occasion that you aren't satisfied with your purchase, return the jewelry within 7 (seven) days and we will exchange or refund the purchase price, less shipping costs, to you upon receipt of the jewelry.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Packages must be return prepaid, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
